Route of trip from January 9, 2023 to March 7, 2023. I began my trip in Mexico City and traveled through Central America solely by bus (and one boat) until I arrived in San Jose, Costa Rica. I continued my trip and flew out of San Jose to Medellin, Colombia.
Route of my trip that began after my time in Central America, from March 7, 2023 to April 25, 2023 upon my departure from Manaus to Recife, Brazil. The route included buses in Colombia, a flight to Leticia, Colombia, and a 3 day trip on a hammock ship departing from Tabatinga, Brazil to Manaus along the Amazon River.
Route of my trip taken after my arrival in Recife, Brazil on April 25, 2023, until my departure from Brazil in São Paulo on June 21, 2023. This route was taken exclusively with buses.
Route of my second trip to Europe taken from September 13, 2023 until December 6, 2023. I began in Berlin, moved south towards Bavaria, Austria, then west through Switzerland and into France. From Lyon, France, I moved south until I visited the French-Spanish border at Hendaye, France, afterwards moving north towards Paris, and the low countries. Took a quick flight from Amsterdam to London before continuing my trip to South East Asia.
Arrived in Bangkok, Thailand on December 7, 2023. Continued north towards Chiang Mai, Pai, and turned east towards the border with Laos. Crossed the border at Chiang Khong, and took a multi-day boat ride down the Mekong River until we arrived at Luang Prabang, Laos. Visited Vang Vien, Laos and Nong Khiaw before going back to Vientiane, Laos. Moved south to Pakse, Laos, and Don Khong. Crossed into Cambodia before crossing into Vietnam to Ho Chi Minh City. Moved north by bus to Da Nang before flying to Hanoi. Took a three day motorcycle tour near Ha Giang, Vietnam, near the Chinese border. Flew out of Hanoi to Osaka Japan on March 4, 2024.
My most recent trip in October 2025. I began in Beirut, Lebanon, and visited the north coast including Batroun and Tripoli. I then traveled to the interior of Lebanon to Baalbek, before heading back to Beirut and onwards to Damascus, Syria. I visited Aleppo, Syria before going back to Beirut and flying home.
